In the summer of 2017, the Lucky Goat Cold Brew Bus took to the streets of Tallahassee in pursuit of the perfect mobile café. Since then, we’ve visited offices, parks, schools and have even been invited to a wedding or two. The bus also stepped in after the hurricane Michael in 2018 to provide relief for those affected by the storm.

So, if you’ve been following us for any amount of time now, odds are you’ve heard of or seen our cold brew bus around town. If you haven’t, allow us to introduce the Lucky Goat Cold Brew Bus!

Our bus is 28 feet long, with a full awning and a bar with 6 cold brew taps. We serve hot coffee, cold brew, and our signature Tallyccinos (cold brew with our vanilla cream). It’s a gorgeous, huge black bus with a brick colored awning spread out above the bar to keep out the harsh Florida sun when all you want is a hot coffee.

Now that you’ve heard us rave about our beloved bus, we’re sure you’re asking how to get it to your next office party/wedding/concert/etc. Let’s walk you through the basics.

We typically book the bus with at least 4 weeks’ notice. Our schedule fills up fast, so we recommend nailing down the details early on. A deposit of 50% of the booking fee will guarantee your spot on the calendar.

We offer two main set up options for our bus events. The first is a $200 booking fee to bring the bus out to the event (and handle operating costs), and from there we have a POS system that can process both cash and card payments for each customer. Our second option allows your guests to enjoy complimentary coffee at the event, while we keep track of the coffee served and send it in an invoice with the booking fee after the event. This pricing structure may be discounted for large events (1000+ attendees).

Interested in having the bus at your next event but not sure where to start? You can head over to our Special Events page and fill out the Cold Brew Bus Request Form.

In honor of our 10th anniversary year, we’re offering 10% off the booking fee through March 1st. We can’t wait to be a part of the next event you have planned so reach out today!
