Named for the pink cherry it comes from when ripe, Pink Bourbon is a delicious offering with a heavy body that includes notes of orange and brown sugar.

Apaneca, Ahuachapán, El Salvador

Grown at an altitude of 1,300-1,500 meters, this offering from the Las Victorias farm of El Salvador is fully washed and then patio sun-dried. When ripe, this particular coffee yields a pink cherry from where it gets the name Pink Bourbon (pronounced “bore-bone”). As a member of Rainforest Alliance, the Las Victorias farm works hard to not only care for the quality of their coffee but also the effects of their work on the ecosystem.
