Director of Manufacturing

Jim Partridge

Originally from Michigan, Jim has a rich history in manufacturing and food processing, making him a perfect fit for Lucky Goat Coffee. Before joining our Production Team, he served as the Director of Facilities at Maclay School after relocating to Tallahassee to be closer to family. Jim's journey into the coffee world started while living in Italy during his 20s. There, he developed a deep appreciation for coffee, which eventually led him to Lucky Goat.

When he’s not at work, Jim is usually at home with his family, tackling yard work, or immersed in one of his many projects. As a skilled restorer and builder, he has a unique talent for bringing jukeboxes, pinball machines, and arcade games back to life—and even building custom pinball machines from scratch! Known for being a great dad and motivated by learning, Jim is always experimenting with espresso-based drinks. While he enjoys a classic macchiato, you might catch him trying something new!
