Josh Foerst

Josh joined Lucky Goat in 2024 after years of developing a strong foundation in customer service and team support. A longtime fan of the brand with a deep love for coffee, he started as a barista and quickly grew into the role of Café Leader at the Bannerman location.

In his current position, Josh helps oversee day-to-day café operations, from supporting behind-the-bar flow to managing inventory and ensuring his team has everything they need. He describes coffee as “a necessity for human life,” and getting to serve it every day is a role he doesn’t take for granted.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys playing guitar, painting tabletop miniatures, and gaming with friends—usually with a cold brew
in hand (his go-to, even in winter).
