Michael Borden is the behind-the-scenes force making sure every sip at Lucky Goat Coffee meets the highest standards. With a
background in the automotive industry, Michael brings decades of experience in precision, quality assurance, and systems thinking to the world of specialty coffee.

Originally from the backwoods of northern Alabama, he now calls Tallahassee home—drawn in first by the Spanish moss, and now, by the coffee. As Lucky Goat’s Quality Technician, Michael is focused on improving the customer experience from roast to brew, using both science and a bit of everyday magic.
