Morgan Morris

Originally from Ocala, Florida, Morgan moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. Before joining Lucky Goat, Morgan worked as a bartender and server while interning at the Florida State University Police Department. Her love for coffee and passion for serving drinks made the transition to the coffee business a natural fit.

As Café Leader, Morgan is responsible for tracking and ordering inventory to keep up with café needs, maintaining employee consistency, and creating effective schedules. Above all, she prioritizes fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers. Morgan’s favorite part of the job is the customer service engagement.

Outside of work, she enjoys musical theatre, with one of her favorite performances being ‘Be More Chill’ at a local theatre. During onboarding, she discovered a new appreciation for the complexity of coffee through a single origin coffee cupping. These days, Morgan always has one decaf drink per shift!
