Sami Bearden

Sami calls Wakulla, Florida home but has always been more than a frequent visitor to Tallahassee. She came to Lucky Goat in 2023 when our LG Bakery was in the planning stages and has since curated quite the lineup of tasty treats. She claims that she has been a baker since day one, and we are beyond thrilled to have such a motivated individual keeping us on track for achieving the next best thing. In her time so far at Lucky Goat, Sami has come to enjoy, respect, and consume more coffee than ever before! Two cups a day of our Roastmaster’s Blend keeps her fueled.

When she isn’t testing out new recipes or being motivated by carbs, you can find Sami tending to her chickens, at the gym, curled up with a good book, or watching Gordon Ramsey with her German Shepherd.
