Billy Medina

Billy Medina is Lucky Goat's Plant Manager, joining in June 2026 to make sure every bag of coffee is produced accurately and shipped on time. He brought a decade of Amazon operations experience with him — and a serious passion for the product. A San Diego native who landed in Tallahassee for work, Billy drinks his coffee black (14 cups a week, to be exact), a habit that started at age 10 when his mom tried to bluff him out of liking it — and lost. When he's not on the plant floor, he's cooking something great for dinner, fishing, hiking, or somewhere underwater as a certified SCUBA diver.
