Chris Valencia

Chris's journey with Lucky Goat began shortly after college, when he applied for a production position to turn his coffee passion into a career. Since then, he has transitioned to being a pivotal part of our customer experience team while also overseeing our philanthropic ventures.

Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, he moved to Tallahassee after marrying his wife. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with friends, long-distance running, reading, and exploring the outdoors.

Chris believes coffee is best enjoyed with company and we couldn't agree more! His love for coffee sparked in college, and he starts his mornings with a cup of Lucky Goat Southern Pecan—served black. Occasionally, he indulges in a trifecta of coffee: drip, cold brew, and espresso—all in one morning!
