Born and raised in Tallahassee, Emily Sullivan brings both heart and hustle to her role as Café Leader at Lucky Goat Coffee. With a background in hospitality and a lifelong love for coffee, Emily is passionate about creating a welcoming, energized space where both her team and guests feel at home.

At Lucky Goat, Emily leads daily operations—from managing barista schedules and placing orders to hopping behind the bar as lead barista. Known for her attention to quality, smooth espresso pulls, and lip-syncing along to café playlists, she keeps the vibes high and the drinks top-notch.

Emily’s coffee journey began with childhood mugs shared with her dad, and has evolved into a true craft rooted in flavor, creativity, and connection.
