Gaby Flores

Although originally from Puerto Rico, Gaby has called Tallahassee home since being a teenager. She found Lucky Goat in 2020, while searching for a local Tallahassee company to transition to. While this was her introduction to the coffee industry, she was no stranger to customer service. During her tenure here, Gaby has built relationships with both coworkers and customers alike and pours up competition-level latte art as our Capital Circle Café Leader.

Gaby has been drinking coffee since a young age and enjoys our Midnight Express Colombia most. When she’s feeling like jazzing it up, she takes her coffee with honey, cinnamon, and oat milk. When she’s not behind the bar, you can find Gaby at the movies with her partner, hanging with her two pups, Meatball and Canela, or cooking/baking a new recipe.
