Jessica Pafford

Jessica joined Lucky Goat after nearly two decades in Human Resources, with a background in HR at Tallahassee State College. Prior to LG, she was searching for a chance to get back into private business with a company that was deeply involved in the community and truly cared for its staff. When she found this position at Lucky Goat, she knew it was the perfect opportunity to make an impact with an organization she already admired!

Originally from Tallahassee, Jessica and her family returned in the summer of 2023 after almost 20 years away due to her husband’s military career. Now that she's back in town, she enjoys spending time with family, including her parents and siblings who are local to the area.

Though this is her first venture into the coffee industry, she is no stranger to a good brew. Having toured coffee plantations in Hawaii, Jessica has been a long-time coffee fan before LG became her favorite after moving back to Tallahassee.

As HR Director, she is the go-to for recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and anything else the team needs. Jessica is passionate about supporting our staff, giving back to the community, and celebrating together when someone gets the job!
