Patience joined Lucky Goat in November 2025, bringing a strong background in customer service and logistics, including experience with a local water testing lab and logistics for the Air National Guard. At Lucky Goat, she plays a key role in supporting our wholesale partners by entering orders, resolving discrepancies, invoicing, and ensuring payments are processed smoothly—helping keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Originally from Shelbyville, Patience describes herself as an old soul with a love for classic things, simple pleasures, and meaningful connections. When she’s not at work, you can usually find her volunteering—whether at a therapy farm, helping with children’s classes at church, or lending a hand wherever she’s needed. She also enjoys reading, tending to her ever-growing plant collection, spending time outdoors, and keeping her dog (mostly) under control.
