Along the rain-soaked shores of India's Malabar Coast, a centuries-old tradition transforms coffee into something entirely its own. Karnataka is responsible for 65% of India's coffee production. It lies within the Western Ghats, a lush mountain range that intercepts powerful southwest monsoon winds each season. It is here, at elevations between 900–1,600 meters, that India's most iconic coffee style was born.
The result is a cup unlike anything else we offer: bold and grounding, with flavors of dark chocolate and warming cardamom deepened by a hint of tobacco. Its low acidity and heavy body make it exceptional as espresso or a standalone dark brew for those who like their coffee with depth and soul.
